Hi Viv,

Hope you are well and business is good & keeping you busy.

I just wanted to thank you for all you did to make my wedding day complete, as I mentioned before I was more excited about seeing my bouquet and was wound up with anticipation on the morning of the wedding waiting to see the floors which you dutifully delivered to my room at the hotel as promised.

The cake decoration was magnificent and everyone commented on how unusual the stunning it was – some are even still talking about it.

To say you not only met but exceeded my expectations is an understatement – the flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted (even though I had great difficulty in describing in detail to you the picture I had in my head). Your imagination and creativity shone through and resulted in some of the most stunning arrangements/ bouquets I have ever seen. Also getting all the photo’s on a cd following the wedding was an added bonus – not something I would expect from a florist, as with everything else you always go that extra mile.

Once again a massive thanks for an excellent service and for your patience – you are worth your weight in gold. It was a pleasure to have you as my florist and I have been singing your praises to everyone who will listen.
