When Should I Order?

Traditionally, invitations should be sent out at least 6 weeks prior to the wedding, but anything up to 3 months in advance is acceptable. Therefore it is important to order your stationery in plenty of time.

Due to the labour-intensive nature of our designs, you should, ideally, order all goods at least 3 to 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment. Generally speaking, the more notice you can give us, the better!

Don't panic if you've left it a little late, however, as we can always pull out the stops and work to tighter timescales if absolutely necessary!

When is Payment Due?

Stationery & Favours

A 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering, with the remainder payable prior to delivery/dispatch of wedding invitations (even if items which will be required closer to the Wedding date, i.e. Order of Service etc., have been ordered). 

However, please note that if goods are ordered at extremely short notice, then full payment will be required at time of ordering.

Floral Art

A 100 GBP deposit will be required at the time of ordering, with the remainder payable two weeks prior to the wedding day. 




At present, we do not have web-based payment options, and therefore all payments should either be made in cash, or cheque (Payable to 'Dragonfly').
